I received 2 orders very quickly, and both were great quality, very creative, and VERY well received as gifts!

I had an issue with not receiving one of my orders. Given the Holidays, and the Pandemic, shipping has been very problematic for everyone this year. Customer Service was incredibly helpful, despite my frustration, and worked diligently to ship me a new product. As this was CUSTOMIZED, I am very satisfied with the resolution, and they were able to expedite the process for me as well.

I was shopping on man crates for my boyfriend and I accidentally ordered 2 boxes. I tried to cancel my order but it already shipped, but I spoke to Hailey about how I can mail one of them back. She proceeded to give me a full refund for the one I accidentally bought and told me to keep the other one! That is the nicest customer service I've ever received and they will definitely be getting a 5 star review just for that!!

My husband. The guy who has everything. Ordered him the Whiskey Appreciation Crate for his 65th birthday, and he loved it! After receiving we picked up some nice quality whiskey to fill up the decanter. He says he really enjoyed opening the crate, too! Going to save it, add a couple of little hinges and he'll use it out in the shop!
